We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all mfpen tags and labels are intact and included.

  Ship the Items

  Send the package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address provided in the return authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
